Part-time Conductor for Our Ebbelwei-Expreß

As a conductor on the Ebbelwei-Expreß, you look after passengers travelling through Frankfurt. The role involves at least 10 hours per week, regularly on weekends and public holidays, plus occasional shifts during the week.

• Be the contact person on the Ebbelwei-Expreß and sell tickets on board
• Look after passengers and serve apple wine, other drinks and savoury snacks during the journey
• Keep the vehicle tidy and safe and share historical facts and interesting information about Frankfurt when needed
• Settle sales takings after each journey and prepare the vehicle for its next trip
• Attend events and represent the company at other customer contact points, including the service centre, information bus and information stands
• Work reliably and regularly on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, with occasional weekday shifts for private bookings, back office work or other customer contact points

• You see yourself as a true Frankfurt local, even if you have only recently moved here
• You enjoy speaking to groups and introducing passengers to Frankfurt's culture in a friendly and helpful way, including in English
• You are flexible, willing to work changing shifts and strongly focused on service and customers
