Nursing apprenticeship (€1,500 / €1,566 / €1,673)

Full-time nursing apprenticeship at Seniorenwohnpark Am Erbach in Homburg. Training starts on 1 April 2027 or 1 October 2027. The programme combines classroom learning with practical placements in different areas of nursing.

• Gain varied practical experience in residential, home, psychiatric and children's nursing, as well as in hospitals.
• Learn nursing and medical skills, such as wound care, managing medicines and checking vital signs.
• Support older residents with care and kindness in daily life, from personal hygiene to mobility.
• Observe, assess and record residents' health.
• Work with qualified nurses, doctors, therapists and relatives.

• An intermediate school leaving certificate or an equivalent recognised qualification, a completed two-year vocational qualification, or completed training as a nursing helper or assistant.
• Enjoyment of working with older people and an interest in nursing tasks.
• Empathy, reliability and a sense of responsibility.
