Master / Technician Service Coordinator for Commissioning in Special Machinery

• Planning, organization, execution and support of commissioning of our rail grinding trains and their components
• Accompaniment of test and trial runs of our grinding trains both internally and externally
• Conducting training on machine technology for internal and external stakeholders
• Systematic identification of complex faults and malfunctions and their rectification
• Accompaniment of handover of new machines to customers from technical instruction to acceptance
• Support or technical advice in the creation of work instructions, operating manuals and maintenance plans

• Completed technical training with further education to state-certified technician or master, preferably in mechatronics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in commissioning machines
• Strong technical understanding (e.g. in hydraulics, electrical engineering and mechanics)
• Authorization to work on electrical systems in low voltage up to 1 kV
• Basic knowledge of PLC technology
• Independent and structured way of working with strong communication and team skills
• High willingness to travel (approx. 75%), primarily in Germany but also worldwide
• Class B driving license
• Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
