• As the first technical supervisor on our rail milling machines, you assume personnel responsibility and ensure occupational safety including all required instructions.
• You control work processes operationally and ensure high-quality and timely implementation of rail milling work.
• You are the central point of contact on site for the client regarding QÜS & 4.2., ALV and FDL and coordinate all relevant topics professionally.
• You record the correct working hours of employees in digital form
• You create the daily construction report (BTB) and forward it to internal and external interfaces
• You are responsible for the SOFO procedure in case of underperformance and initiate appropriate measures.
• You ensure a structured shift handover and hand over all relevant information to the following shift or day shift.
• With high responsibility, you accompany our trainees during practical assignments and thus contribute to knowledge transfer.

• Completed commercial-technical training (e.g. construction mechanic, industrial mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician or track layer)
• At least 3 years of professional experience and initial leadership experience
• Sound knowledge of hydraulics and mechanics; basic knowledge of electrical engineering desirable
• Willingness to make decisions and sense of responsibility
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams
• High willingness to travel and flexibility, as well as willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Good English skills (at least B1/B2)
