The installation, maintenance, and repair of the control equipment and systems of the WTV are among your core tasks and will be introduced to you step by step. You assemble and disassemble individual electrical parts of systems and adapt them through mechanical processing. In addition to wiring installation circuits and measuring electrical quantities, you will also learn how to plan and organize your work steps. When a malfunction occurs in the systems, you go troubleshooting with a circuit diagram and tools, check individual system parts, connections, and lines, and find a solution with your team. Your colleagues will teach you how to assess hazards arising from the operation of electrical devices and systems.

A successful school diploma (at least lower secondary school). You enjoy manual work. You have a good understanding of reading and creating technical documents. Spatial imagination is not a problem for you. Planning and organizing work steps is also enjoyable for you. You have good basic knowledge of mathematics and physics. Teamwork, reliability, and physical agility complete your profile.
