Employee Quality and Knowledge Management Claims

Württembergische Versicherung AG, based in Kornwestheim in the Stuttgart area, is one of the most traditional insurers in Germany and part of the W&W Group. It is looking for an employee (m/f/d) for Quality and Knowledge Management in Claims.

• Knowledge management: You are responsible for the care and further development of digital knowledge management (SharePoint) and ensure work instructions are provided in a way suited to the audience.
• Qualification & IDD: You develop training and qualification concepts for employees and ensure IDD requirements are implemented.
• Quality management: You carry out quality reviews across business lines, identify potential for improvement and help derive suitable measures to raise quality.
• Standards & requirements: You support the implementation of technical and regulatory requirements and help ensure relevant rules are met in claims overall.
• Special tasks: You take on special and fundamental tasks.

• Qualification: Completed degree in economics or insurance-specific training with relevant further education
• Expertise: Experience in the insurance field, ideally in claims
• Skills: You can present new topics and complex matters clearly and in a way suited to the audience
• Working style: Independent, structured and goal-oriented
• Personality: Self-motivated, responsible and solution-oriented
