Key Account Specialist Life Insurance

You know the life insurance market, think with a sales focus and enjoy developing successful solutions together with our sales partners? As Key Account Specialist (m/f/d) Life Insurance, you support the decentrally working Key Account Managers assigned to you in looking after our sales partners, working from our campus in Kornwestheim.

• Creating offers: You create and maintain offers, analyses and statistics and ensure reliable follow-up.
• Coordinating inquiries: You coordinate and answer technical inquiries from sales partners in life insurance.
• Software support: You support brokers with software questions about our advisory programs and maintain information systems such as BRM and Maklerradar.
• Service standards: You ensure service standards, e.g. for response times, phone service and handling of central inquiries.
• Sales activities: You support and monitor sales activities, for example mailings, bulk emails or via the central service mailbox and service number.
• Representation: You represent our company at trade fairs and events and are available on site as a contact (m/f/d) for our brokers.

• Qualification: You are a certified insurance specialist (m/f/d) and have completed training as an insurance clerk (m/f/d), insurance business administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: You have experience in insurance sales in life insurance, with a focus on independent intermediaries (brokers etc.).
• Sales experience: You have several years of sales experience in insurance and excellent market knowledge in life insurance.
• Product knowledge: You have extensive knowledge of common comparison calculators, tools and life insurance products.
• Flexibility: You are flexible, like to travel and are used to mobile and agile working.
