What You'll Learn
- Main contact person for existing and potential customers and analysis and optimization of customers' current insurance situation
- Support for customers in the event of a claim
- Advising customers on site or via video consultation
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a management assistant for insurance and finance or insurance clerk / insurance specialist or a comparable qualification
- Passion for sales and selling
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Convincing personality and communication skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
