Store Manager

As Store Manager (all genders) in Hamburg, you are responsible for the economic success and further development of the store. Together with the Area Management & Retail Team, you implement strategic decisions. Additionally, you ensure an optimal shopping experience and an ideal working climate for your team of approximately 50 employees.

You control KPI-based merchandise management, organize the store efficiently, and implement specified processes – thus securing economic success; with your sense for our customers, you live our service standards daily and adapt the store flexibly to their needs; you are responsible for all personnel matters – from hiring through KPI-based deployment planning to the training and onboarding of employees and managers; through transparent, authentic, and employee-oriented leadership, you exemplify Zalando values.

You have several years of professional experience in retail and a completed commercial apprenticeship (or comparable position); you have experience in leading and developing employees and managers, including feedback talks, deployment and vacation planning; you have a strong analytical understanding and confidently evaluate relevant KPIs to derive targeted measures; initiative, decisiveness, and a structured way of working are among your strengths.
