Sales Assistant Part-time

As a Sales Assistant (all genders) in part-time (15h or 20h per week) you are part of our Fashion Service Team, which creates the perfect shopping experience for our customers (all genders) with a good overview and attention to detail.

You welcome our customers (all genders) with a smile, are helpful and have a positive attitude. Through your service and positive charisma they look forward to their next visit. You are responsible both on the sales floor and in the fitting area for ensuring our customers (all genders) always find a well-stocked and attractive store that invites shopping. You handle all checkout processes professionally and efficiently, process complaints and returns in a flash and ensure a great shopping experience as the customers' last impression. You identify with Zalando and our corporate goal of making the world more sustainable.

You have experience in retail or dealing with customers (all genders)? Wonderful. However, this is not a must. You can express yourself well in German and inspire with a positive demeanor. You are a true team player and stand by your colleagues (all genders) at all times.
