Your work ensures smooth operations in our production. Your tasks include assembly, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of machines and production systems. During your apprenticeship, you manufacture individual components yourself and thus learn various manufacturing processes such as turning and CNC milling. Additive manufacturing and digitalization will also be part of the apprenticeship. During assembly, you deepen your knowledge of mechanics. Due to highly automated plants, precise and responsible work is a matter of course. Thus you make an important contribution to the success of our products and our company. Overall, you will go through the following departments: Production, Assembly, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Toolmaking, Heat Treatment, Test Department. The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years. Good theoretical and practical performance during the apprenticeship can lead to early admission to the IHK final exam, shortening the apprenticeship to three years.
