About this Apprenticeship
Internship in fruit and sensory product development at Zott in Mertingen, ideally starting on 22 February 2027 for six months, full-time and fixed-term.
What You'll Learn
- Actively preparing, carrying out and evaluating sensory training and sensory tests and presenting the results
- Support in establishing new sensory methods
- Carrying out tastings and maintaining relevant data in SAP
- Observing the market and competitors and careful data maintenance
- Learning and deepening the sensory variety of our product range
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in food technology or a comparable field with a required compulsory internship
- Specialist knowledge and/or practical experience in food production is an advantage
- Experienced use of MS Office
- Open, eager-to-learn personality who enjoys new tasks, independent work and taking initiative
- Structured and responsible way of working, especially for analyses and documentation
- Valid car driving licence
