About this Apprenticeship
Full-time internship in cheese product development in Mertingen, ideally starting on 22 February 2027 for six months.
What You'll Learn
- Carrying out laboratory trials and evaluating them afterwards
- Organising products from our own production, then evaluating, examining and documenting the results
- Taking over current (sub-)projects to work on independently
- Supporting our cheese developers in their projects, including in the pilot plant and lab
- Taking part in sensory assessments and competitor analyses
- Recording tasting results in SAP
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in food technology or a comparable field with a mandatory internship
- Good technical understanding
- First experience in food production
- Routine use of common MS Office applications
- High willingness to learn and flexibility
- Sense of responsibility and structured way of working
- Valid car driving licence
