About this Apprenticeship
To support the team in the structural engineering department (excluding tunnels), Autobahn GmbH is looking for a civil engineer for structural engineering as soon as possible. Pay follows pay grade E13 under the TV-Autobahn.
What You'll Learn
- Planning and designing very complex and difficult engineering structures
- Preparing RAB-ING designs and detailed planning under special conditions
- Developing and implementing basic design concepts for engineering structures
- Carrying out and contributing to the awarding of engineering services and contract handling
- Interdisciplinary and participatory project planning with various expert consultants
- Representing engineering interests within Autobahn GmbH in public participation, before committees and municipal bodies
Requirements
- Completed university degree (Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) in civil engineering with a specialization in structural engineering or comparable, and many years of professional experience
- Relevant expertise in awarding and handling engineering services for structural engineering planning, and the related procurement law
- Very good German skills in speaking and writing and confident use of MS Office programs
- Desirable: Several years of relevant professional experience in engineering structures and/or structural design
- Desirable: High resilience, flexibility and willingness to perform
- Desirable: Teamwork and independent, self-responsible working
