What You'll Learn
- Processing reimbursement applications in comprehensive and supplementary health insurance
- Being the contact person for our customers' questions from A for pharmaceuticals to Z for dental prostheses
- Handling correspondence on benefit issues
- Inspiring our customers for modern health programs
Requirements
- Completed training as a management assistant for insurance and finance, alternatively a commercial or medical/dental vocational training
- Good oral and written communication skills and a strong customer and service orientation
- Enjoy working with modern (media) technology and programs
- Enjoy independent work, high commitment and willingness to take responsibility as well as teamwork
