About this Apprenticeship
As an insurance agent at BarmeniaGothaer, you build trust, explain coverage clearly and build customer relationships, digitally and on site. You are supported by a network of over 2,500 agents and your sales office. Entry as a self-employed person, full-time, starting immediately.
What You'll Learn
- First point of contact for your customers on all questions about insurance, finance and retirement provision
- Individual advice with empathy, expertise and tailored solutions
- Looking after your own customer base and winning new customers
- Building and leading your own team – guiding and supporting others on their career path
Requirements
- Several years of experience advising customers in insurance and finance
- High expertise in arranging tailored solutions and strong customer focus
- Ideally a degree or vocational training in banking, finance or insurance
- Ability to explain complex matters clearly in German at C1 level
