About this Apprenticeship
At BarmeniaGothaer you make sure everything runs reliably in the service area. The position is full-time only and limited to two years.
What You'll Learn
- Processing reimbursement claims in comprehensive and supplementary health insurance
- Contact person for our private customers on benefit questions, from medication to dentures
- Written and telephone correspondence on benefit and reimbursement questions
- Inspiring our customers about modern health programmes and service offers
Requirements
- Work experience in billing-related processes and in telephone and written customer communication
- Completed commercial, medical or pharmaceutical training, ideally as an insurance and financial investment clerk (formerly: insurance and finance clerk)
- Good spoken and written communication skills and strong customer and service orientation
- Confident use of modern (media) technology and willingness to learn new systems
- Enjoyment of independent work, high sense of responsibility and teamwork
