At the Gothaer Claims Service Center in Berlin-Adlershof, you handle insurance claims from start to finish in property, motor or liability insurance. Up to 100% mobile or home office work is possible.

• You handle insurance claims from start to finish in property, motor or liability insurance.
• You determine all claim-relevant facts, such as cause, plausibility, extent and amount of the damage.
• You decide independently within your authority and manage all steps of claim resolution and the arrangement of services from our partner networks.
• You negotiate with our customers, assessors and experts to find case-specific solutions.
• You identify fraud cases and initiate countermeasures.
• You ensure high customer satisfaction with competence and empathy.

• You are a certified insurance and finance clerk, insurance specialist or have a comparable qualification (e.g. legal clerk, lawyer).
• You have initial experience in claims handling.
• You are enthusiastic about structured, solution-oriented claims handling with our customers and service providers in the partner network, including new digital ways.
• You have assertiveness, good communication skills and a high level of negotiation skill as well as service and customer orientation.
• You have an independent, proactive and responsible working style.
