About this Apprenticeship
As an insurance broker at BarmeniaGothaer, you win trust, explain coverage clearly and build customer relationships, digitally and on site. You get support from your sales office and a network of over 2,500 brokers. Self-employment, full-time, start as soon as possible.
What You'll Learn
- First point of contact for your customers on all questions about insurance, finance and retirement provision
- Individual advice with empathy, expertise and tailored solutions
- Looking after your own customer base and winning new customers
- Building and leading your own team – accompany and support others on their career path
Requirements
- Several years of experience advising customers in insurance and finance
- High expertise in providing tailored solutions and strong customer orientation
- Ideally a degree or vocational training in banking, finance or insurance
- Ability to explain complex matters clearly at C1 level in German
