For the Mobile Nursing Service Burgenlandkreis, in Großkorbetha, Weißenfels, we are looking for you to support our outpatient patients in their home environment as a nursing specialist in the outpatient sector (f/m/d) with 30 hours per week, permanent.

Ensuring continuous, individual, and comprehensive care according to the primary nursing model. Compliance with the nursing concept taking into account the nursing mission statement. Control and implementation of the nursing process. Continuous assessment of the care needs of clients and initiation of required measures. Performance of all basic nursing measures taking into account the habits and individual wishes of clients. Accompaniment and counseling of clients with everyday problems. Constructive and active cooperation with relatives, reference persons, and caregivers. Management and responsibility for nursing documentation.

Completed vocational training as a registered nurse or geriatric nurse (f/m/d). Your ability to interact empathetically and sensitively with people with dementia and severe care needs. Sound knowledge and experience in nursing. Work in a rotating shift system with flexible deployment. Applicable PC skills, class B driver's license.
