About this Apprenticeship
B&O Service is looking for a plumbing, heating and air conditioning technician in Neubrandenburg to start as soon as possible. You will maintain and repair heating and plumbing systems in tenants' homes, working independently with digital support and suitable tools and materials.
What You'll Learn
- Independently carry out maintenance and individual repairs in tenants' homes.
- Fix faults and repair central and individual heating systems.
- Source the required materials independently and efficiently.
- Provide heating and plumbing customer service and keep tenants satisfied.
- Carefully record all completed work in the company's IT systems.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a plumbing, heating and air conditioning technician, heating fitter, or gas and water installer.
- You have customer service experience and handle customer situations confidently.
- You hold a category B or class 3 driving licence and can travel for work.
- You can communicate confidently in German at level B2 or above.
