About this Apprenticeship
B&O Service is looking for an assistant to the site manager in Stuttgart as soon as possible, supporting the commercial teams in a collegial environment with short decision paths.
What You'll Learn
- Independently take on and carry out organizational tasks and projects of the site management
- Develop and optimize internal processes, implement new procedures and ensure they work
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and internal alignments, write minutes and follow up on agreed actions
- Organize the vehicle fleet including maintenance, workshop appointments and damage handling
- Support HR processes, coordinate onboarding, create presentations and decision papers
- Plan and organize events and staff events and coordinate cross-department projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field and relevant work experience in the listed areas
- Very good German skills, written and spoken, and solid MS Office knowledge
- High level of motivation and commitment
- Structured, independent and committed way of working, comfortable in a team
- Organizational skill and strong communication
