• You maintain the general house installation.
• You renew switches and sockets.
• You repair, expand, and renew sub-distributions.
• You troubleshoot and fix malfunctions on intercom systems.
• You perform inspections and measurements according to DIN VDE and modernize during tenant changes.
• You analyze and repair electric water heaters and electric heating systems.

• You have a completed apprenticeship as Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology (m/f/d), Electrical Installer (m/f/d), Electrician, Electrical Fitter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• You have a driver's license class B or 3.
• You have communicative German skills at least B2 level.
