• You perform classic plumbing work in the areas of sanitary, heating, and climate.
• You carry out maintenance, repairs, and restorations.
• You troubleshoot malfunctions and quickly find suitable solutions.
• You work independently in our supervised housing stocks.
• You carefully document all work performed in our IT systems.

• You have completed training as a plumber (m/f/d), plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning (m/f/d), or equivalent.
• You have experience in the described area.
• You work flexibly, independently, and reliably.
• You appear friendly and customer-oriented.
• You possess a class B or 3 driver's license and are mobile.
• You have communicative German skills at least at B2 level.
