• You perform maintenance and individual repairs in tenant apartments.
• You replace and repair glass panes, doors, windows, and corresponding attachments.
• You perform measurement work.
• You install and repair laminate and parquet floors.
• You dismantle and assemble fitted kitchens as part of insurance claims.

• You have a completed vocational training as a Carpenter (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in this field.
• You have a class B or 3 driver's license.
• You have communicative German language skills at least at B2 level.
