Chef de Partie / Cook, Banquet Department at the Brewery Inn

The family-run Brewery Inn Aying combines Bavarian tradition, upscale comfort, high-quality cuisine and warm hospitality. The company is looking for a full-time employee starting immediately to support the banquet kitchen team.

Support the head chef in organising and implementing banquet kitchen workflows; prepare and deliver events, buffets and menus to a high standard; work as part of the banquet kitchen team; actively contribute to event menu design and provide creative ideas; inspect incoming goods, manage stock and use food economically; work closely with the service and event teams to provide guests with a perfect event experience.

Completed vocational training as a cook; several years of experience in upscale gastronomy or hospitality; experience in banquet operations preferred; knowledge of planning and delivering banquet events; creativity and a strong sense for high-quality food presentation; organisational skills, resilience and a structured working style; team spirit and strong communication skills; flexibility and commitment.
