Many of our kitchen brigade members have been with our team for years – we are particularly proud of that. Passion, team spirit, and craftsmanship are paramount. Each cook is responsible for his station independently and simultaneously works together with the whole team to ensure a smooth kitchen operation. This creates honest, regional cuisine daily that delights our guests. Variety is guaranteed: besides our à la carte business we also cook for events and actively bring seasonal ideas into our menu – your creativity is expressly welcome. We are looking for immediate full-time reinforcement for the team around Mr. Lanzinger.

Preparation and plating of dishes at the respective station; ensuring a smooth kitchen workflow; creative contribution to the menu and seasonal offers; guidance and support of kitchen assistants and trainees; compliance with all hygiene regulations (HACCP).

Completed cook training and ideally experience in comparable kitchens; passion for Bavarian cuisine and traditional dishes; team spirit, sense of responsibility, and quality standards; organizational talent and joy in the profession.
