Chef de Rang / Service Staff at the Brewery Inn

Full-time position starting immediately in the food and beverage department of Brauereigasthof Aying, with independent responsibility for a service station and high-quality, welcoming guest service.

Independently managing a service station; looking after and advising guests during à-la-carte service and events; ensuring smooth service operations; taking orders and serving food and drinks professionally; recommending dishes and suitable wines; preparing and closing down the service area; close cooperation with the kitchen and service team; training and supporting apprentices and Commis de Rang staff; ensuring quality and service standards.

Completed vocational training in gastronomy or hotel management, or comparable service experience; several years of experience in upscale service is an advantage; strong service orientation and host mentality; friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance; good manners and communication skills; ability to work in a team as well as independently and in a structured manner; resilience and flexibility; good German skills, with additional languages an advantage; wine and spirits knowledge desirable.
