Apprenticeship as an Insurance and Financial Investments Clerk in Inside Sales (Start 2027)

During the three-year apprenticeship at the Düsseldorf Customer Service Centre, you will learn about a wide range of insurance-related tasks and apply your theoretical knowledge directly in practice. With good performance, the apprenticeship can be shortened by six months.

Review and process applications, properly review and process benefit settlements, and advise customers by telephone or email. The advice covers insurance applications, contracts and the payment of benefits.

Intermediate secondary school certificate, university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur, or an equivalent school-leaving certificate by the start of the apprenticeship. An open and communicative personality, enjoyment of working with customers, commitment, empathy, reliability and willingness to work as part of a team.

Varied assignments with insight into different insurance sectors, especially health and life insurance. Seminars at the head office in Dortmund, a supportive environment, open communication, gradually increasing responsibility and good development opportunities.
