About this Apprenticeship
As an IT Business Architect (f/m/d), you are part of an interdisciplinary team of nine colleagues and work closely with business analysts and developers (f/m/d) from different departments. You advise the departments in line with enterprise architecture guidelines and support projects with functional analysis and the strategic development of the application landscape. You are part of the Enterprise Architecture, Organisation and Processes department.
What You'll Learn
- Analysis and strategic development of the application landscape, and creation of functional target pictures and development plans
- Continuous maintenance and expansion of the company-wide Business Capability Map
- Active involvement in shaping a forward-looking Application Portfolio Management using LeanIX
- Design and independent implementation of quality assurance measures for the elements of Debeka's enterprise architecture repository
- Functional support of IT projects with the aim of ensuring tailored solutions in line with the principles of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM)
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- Experience in enterprise architecture management (e.g. with capability maps or TOGAF) and with common EA tools (LeanIX) is an advantage – alternatively, you are willing to get up to speed quickly and independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Ideally experience in a project environment, especially as an IT business analyst or architect (f/m/d)
