About this Apprenticeship
Join a team of four colleagues in sales support at Debeka's Lübeck branch, supporting field sales staff and helping members. The job initially lasts one year, with the aim of continuing to work together longer.
What You'll Learn
- Advise and support members and potential customers by phone and in person
- Advise assigned field sales staff on all insurance and home savings questions
- Process applications and cases digitally, including handling sales correspondence
- Help retain existing customers and bring in more business
- Prepare analyses of sales results
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in insurance and financial investments with good results
- Strong focus on customer needs
- Ability to build relationships and express yourself clearly
- Ability to concentrate well and handle pressure
- Ability to work in a team
- A high level of flexibility and commitment
