Health Insurance Employee - Fee Law Department

As a health insurance employee in fee law, you take on an important role in our eight-person team at headquarters and actively shape the outpatient and inpatient fee law area of Debeka health insurance.

• Developing and maintaining practical work instructions, tools, programming specifications and training materials
• Processing submissions from our nationwide service centers and improving processes across locations
• Independent correspondence and phone contact with policyholders
• Handling complaints in contact with institutions such as BaFin
• Supporting the technical development of our IT systems and examining possible integrations of artificial intelligence
• Developing quality assurance measures

• Completed training as an insurance and financial investment clerk or in healthcare
• Or alternatively a completed degree in healthcare (possibly with a focus on law)
• Preferably professional experience in billing and reviewing private medical invoices based on the GOÄ
• Independent and structured work, even in complex situations
• Teamwork and communication skills
