As an Employee Sales Support for the Building Society (f/m/d), you make an important contribution to the joint success of Debeka. With your professional expertise, you strengthen the colleagues of the Regional Office Freiburg and support them in their qualification on the topics of building savings, financing and real estate. Even though the position is initially limited to 1 year, we are interested in a long-term cooperation.

• Support and assistance of field service employees in the regional office area Freiburg within the scope of a field-service-oriented activity
• Activation, support and professional qualification of colleagues (including theoretical and practical training/onboarding of specialists for building savings and financing)
• Field service assignments (construction site inspections, forced auction appointments, etc.)
• Consulting in the areas of building savings, financing, real estate brokerage, financial investments and insurance related to real estate
• Sales support for (regional) office management and participation in conferences
• Assistance for field service employees with complex building savings matters
• Case-specific support of field service employees during customer meetings on site

• Completed training as insurance clerk or clerk for insurance and finance/financial assets, insurance specialist, bank clerk or comparable qualification
• Good basic knowledge of building savings and loan business
• Pronounced sales-oriented thinking and acting
