Network Security Administrator - Perimeter

As Network Security Administrator - Perimeter, you take on an essential role in maintaining and developing Debeka's technologies within a team of nine, and are an important part of the IT department Infrastructure as a Service, which provides basic services for all of IT. Through your work you secure the flow of information between various interfaces and set new standards for the quality, stability and future viability of the IT infrastructure.

• Advising other IT departments on connecting applications and services to existing firewall infrastructures
• Implementing security and regulatory measures
• Working with internet service and cloud providers
• Administrative tasks in the firewall and DMZ infrastructures
• Contributing to infrastructure design and architecture questions
• Developing concepts and creating technical documentation
• Managing and quality-assuring documentation
• Support and troubleshooting in 3rd-level support

• Completed degree in computer science or comparable training
• Practical, multi-year experience and extensive knowledge of firewall systems from Check Point Software Technologies
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as very good skills in structuring and clearly describing complex matters
