About this Apprenticeship
Join the sales team of the Debeka branch office in Bochum in field sales, career changers welcome. You receive solid training through on-the-job training and internal courses, and are prepared in your first year for the exams to become a certified insurance specialist (IHK) and a financial investment specialist (DVA).
What You'll Learn
- Advising our customers both in person and digitally on our product portfolio in insurance, investments and building savings
- Individual analysis of customer wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Service-oriented support of an established customer base and winning new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Whether with industry experience or as a career changer: sales experience is ideal but not a must
- The ability to network and inspire people
- Service-oriented and trustworthy manner with high flexibility, independence and commitment
