About this Apprenticeship
Join Debeka's sales team at a Cologne branch, advising customers on insurance, investments and home savings plans. Career changers receive practical and internal training for insurance specialist (IHK) and investment specialist (DVA) examinations taken in the first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online on our range of insurance, investment and home savings products
- Analyse each customer's wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Provide helpful service to an established customer base and acquire new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Industry experience or a career change are both welcome; sales experience is ideal but not required
- Ability to build networks and inspire people
- A helpful, trustworthy manner with strong flexibility, independence and commitment
