Training at a high level including own training workshop. Production of components on milling machines. Setup and operation of machine tools as well as selection of suitable tools and clamping devices. Inspection and documentation of dimensional and quality specifications on manufactured components. Varied activities, e.g., production preparation, machine setup, milling, and monitoring of production processes. Diverse challenges mastered through craftsmanship and technical skill.

School diploma with good grades in scientific subjects. Technical understanding and manual dexterity. Care, precision, and a good eye for detail. No intolerances to metals, oils, and coolants. Team spirit, flexibility, and reliability.
