Service Scheduling Administrator

As a service scheduling administrator in Wuppertal or Dreieich, you connect customers, field service staff, internal departments and external partners. You ensure that service visits, maintenance and project work are planned and coordinated efficiently.

• Coordinate appointments with field service staff, subcontractors, customers and other partners
• Advise and support customers on repairs, retrofits, modernisation and services
• Support technicians and act as a contact for field service staff, project management, order coordination, service coordination, contract administration, field service team leaders and subcontractors on simpler questions about breakdown, project and maintenance orders
• Plan and monitor service and maintenance visits
• Record all visits in the service tool
• Coordinate and monitor orders with internal and external contacts
• Organise regional maintenance, including efficient scheduling
• Help coordinate major customer projects

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Initial professional experience
• Interest in technical products
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, planning tools and ERP systems; SAP is desirable)
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a strong focus on customer needs
• Good spoken and written English
• Experience in scheduling staff and resources
• Strong organisational skills and effective time and priority management
• Flexibility and ability to cope with pressure in daily work
• Assertiveness, independence and reliability
