About this Apprenticeship
As a project planner for automatic sliding and revolving doors, you will manage projects from order to handover. In this office-based role, you will connect customers, project coordinators, installers, suppliers and our international factories.
What You'll Learn
- Turn customer requirements into working drawings in AutoCAD.
- Develop technical details for automatic sliding and revolving door projects.
- Arrange required materials and coordinate with suppliers.
- Support project coordinators.
- Work with our factories in Germany and Bulgaria on special designs.
- Prepare and manage project files.
- Monitor schedules, budgets and additions or reductions to the agreed work.
- Coordinate installer assignments with the scheduler.
- Use Salesforce to register projects and monitor progress.
- Ensure a proper handover to Service after completion.
Requirements
- Vocational college level of work and thinking, for example in construction or mechanical engineering.
- Experience as a project planner, technical office employee or installer, or a completed technical vocational qualification.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Good command of Dutch.
- Basic knowledge of English.
- You like structure, move easily between different people involved in a project and feel comfortable in a technical project environment.
What dormakaba offers
- Gross salary between €3,500 and €4,500 per month, based on 40 hours.
- Contract for 32 to 40 hours per week.
