Team Leader Procurement SCM, Ennepetal Plant

You ensure high-quality logistics management and continuously improve processes according to the lean philosophy. You coordinate the interests of procurement, sales and production in a cost-optimal way and are responsible for up to 10 employees.

• Leading and organising a demanding sub-area of the plant
• Focus on continuous development and consistent strategic alignment of the supply chain based on lean management principles, plus professional customer service with maximum flexibility
• Further development of processes
• Ensuring our production at the Ennepetal plant can deliver and improving supply chain resilience
• Active participation in developing and implementing quantity, cost, schedule and quality targets
• Developing and carrying out local procurement strategies in coordination with global and regional category managers
• Responsible participation in workshops and projects
• Initiating supplier management and auditing

• Successfully completed degree in logistics or a comparable vocational training
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a manufacturing company
• Willingness for continuous personal/professional development, including a strong proactive approach
• High degree of initiative and agile action
• Independent and structured way of working
• Thinking in complex contexts and developing strategic solutions
• Strong understanding of lean management
• Desirable: Confident use of ERP systems (ideally SAP)
• Desirable: Very good MS Office skills
• Desirable: Very good German and English, spoken and written
