Executive Chef / Executive Event Chef

As executive chef you are responsible for exclusive events with 10 to 100 guests, develop individual fine dining concepts and create culinary experiences for executives, managers and selected guests.

• Looking after a demanding guest group of executives, management and international guests and creating exclusive culinary experiences with great attention to detail
• Planning, costing and running events, including implementing innovative food concepts and current dietary requirements
• Developing individual menu and event concepts considering personal preferences and guest requirements
• Selecting and purchasing high-quality food and products and managing and developing supplier relationships
• Ensuring the highest quality, hygiene, service and safety standards in the catering environment
• Working with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure excellent service
• Responsibility for mise en place, event logistics and smooth operations
• Managing all catering processes to ensure a first-class guest experience in the premium and fine dining environment

• Completed vocational training as a chef and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy, Michelin-starred dining or luxury hotels
• Sound expertise in fine dining, modern cuisine and preparing high-quality culinary concepts at the highest level
• Experience dealing professionally and discreetly with executives, managers, international guests and VIP guests
• Good business understanding and practical experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills combined with assertiveness, service orientation, sense of responsibility and high quality focus
• Very good German skills, spoken and written, for professional communication with guests, clients and internal contacts
• Strong teamwork skills as well as high communication ability, customer orientation and service orientation in a demanding premium guest environment
