Apprenticeship as a Retail Salesperson - 2027

During the three-year apprenticeship, you will become an all-rounder in the store. You will learn about customer service, merchandise management, sales-floor presentation, hygiene, checkout operations, and sales-data analysis.

Learn about the flow of goods from purchasing and storage to sales; design counters and shelves to promote sales; help plan the product range; monitor hygiene regulations; advise customers; operate the checkout, handle reconciliations, and analyze sales data.

At least a lower secondary school certificate; enjoyment of fresh products and a varied range; interest in understanding how retail works economically; motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to take responsibility.
