Apprenticeship in the bakery section, focusing on bread, baked goods, high-quality ingredients, customer service and attractive presentation.

Planning, ordering and organizing the right quantities of bread and baked goods; learning about raw materials, their processing and hygiene regulations; advising customers in a friendly and competent manner; attractively presenting baked goods and designing the sales counter.

At least a lower secondary school-leaving certificate; enjoyment of customer contact; good teamwork skills; motivation and willingness to contribute.
