This combined training and further education is a practical alternative to a business administration degree and usually lasts three years. With the qualifications of retail merchant (m/f/d) and trade specialist (m/f/d) as well as the additional trainer aptitude according to AEVO, you are optimally prepared to take on responsibility early and take the next step towards a management position in retail.

You will get to know all areas of the market intensively and work actively in daily business. You take on responsibility early on, e.g. for merchandise processes, assortment design and department organisation. You deal with business management topics such as key figure analyses, sales development and personnel planning. You support the team in management tasks, learn to coordinate, motivate and optimise processes. You are in direct contact with our customers and ensure a thoroughly successful shopping experience.

Good school leaving certificate, ideally (technical) high school diploma. Interest in trade, business management contexts and future management tasks. Friendly, confident demeanour and enjoyment of dealing with people. Commitment, sense of responsibility and willingness to develop further. Good organisational skills and structured, proactive work.
