Apprenticeship as a Retail Salesperson with Additional Fresh Food Specialist Qualification, 2027

The apprenticeship initially lasts two years. During this time, you will work in varied areas and begin an additional IHK qualification as a fresh food specialist, completed after three years with a separate IHK examination. You will also attend seminars and workshops on products and sales.
