Facility Management Specialist / Space Management Focus

HENSOLDT is seeking a facility management specialist focusing on space management in Taufkirchen, starting as soon as possible. The role sits within Workplace & Contract Management and handles strategic and operational space management at the site and in the surrounding area.

• Plan and arrange the procurement and fitting out of office workstations and rooms to meet needs, involving users and other stakeholders
• Carry out and manage moves and transport
• Plan and implement room layouts, including ensuring rooms have the required equipment and furniture
• Commission, coordinate and handle billing for service providers, including removal companies, interior fitters, furniture suppliers and technical service providers
• Ensure compliance with quality management processes, including specific workplace standards and guidelines and inventory rules
• Coordinate space and facility management tickets
• Prepare analyses of room use and space requirements
• Enter and maintain data in the CAFM system
• Help prepare rooms, buildings and parts of buildings for letting
• Carry out viewings, acceptance inspections and handovers of rooms and equipment

• Completed technical vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in facility or space management
• Experience using CAFM systems and good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of relevant workplace guidelines is an advantage
• Strong ability to organise your own work and set priorities

• Strong customer and service focus and excellent communication skills
