Project Quality Manager

A Project Quality Manager (f/m/d) is wanted as soon as possible for the Quality Management department at the Taufkirchen site near Munich. The department supports the Optronics and RADAR business units as well as the assigned development, sales and logistics departments at the site, and ensures that processes are applied effectively and with low risk in the project and on the product, taking contractual requirements into account.

• Applying the processes in the project, taking contractual requirements into account
• Completing project-relevant QM tasks so that project goals can be delivered with low risk within the scope of performance, time and cost
• Helping plan and carry out all quality-related tasks over the entire product life cycle
• Creating project-related QM documents, such as QM plan, process assurance plan, test sequence plan and reviews of project and verification documents
• Helping with product validation and verification, as well as certification of systems, subsystems and equipment
• Carrying out software-related quality activities, e.g. assessment and acceptance of milestones, also taking approval standards for aviation products into account

• Completed degree in a technical field (engineering, electrical engineering, information technology) or comparable
• Experience in quality and/or project management
• Experience in electronics, hardware or systems development
• Experience in software development, ideally in connection with quality and process assurance
• Experience in the certification of military and civil aviation equipment
• Knowledge of quality management systems (DIN EN 9100, AQAP, quality methods and tools: PDCA, QFD, FMEA, RCA, ISHIKAWA, KANBAN, PPS, 8D, etc.)
• Knowledge of development processes: V-Model, RTCA/DO-254, -178, -278
• Good knowledge of current PC applications (MS Office, preferably also SAP)
• Knowledge of requirements management, problem-solving methods, and QM requirements and development assurance in civil aviation
• Organisational and communication skills as well as a high degree of accuracy, care, personal responsibility and teamwork
• Very good German and English skills
