You process claims notifications from our customers via telephone or in personal customer contact. You check whether and to what extent we are liable for a claim and keep an overview even in case of discrepancies.

You have a secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife), a technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur) or a general university entrance qualification (Abitur) or an equivalent degree. You possess German language skills at least at C1 level. You are interested in insurance, enjoy making phone calls and always approach people openly. You have analytical skills. You interact with customers in a friendly, confident and reliable manner. You work in a structured way even in stressful situations and keep a cool head. You are motivated by shared success experiences in the team, and an honest and respectful exchange is a matter of course for you.
