IT Specialist - Focus on Test Automation Enablement

Our team supports employees in IT and business departments along the agile software development process (SDLC) with modern development platforms and an up-to-date landscape of tools and processes. In this position you bring your test automation expertise and continuously develop our test automation strategy in the SDLC.

• Contribute test automation expertise and continuously develop the test automation strategy in the SDLC
• Select suitable automation tools for system tests, system integration tests, user acceptance test automation and load and performance tests, and take measures to increase the test automation rate
• Support application teams and ensure test automation is implemented effectively and becomes a fixed part of the software development process
• Move confidently between business and technical requirements and know the market of test automation tools well
• Communicate transparently and in a way that suits stakeholders at all levels, and make use of feedback
• Contribute across teams to the methodical development of test automation guidelines and to collaboration with the application teams

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Experience planning and running tests in software development with a focus on agile environments, plus good knowledge of test automation
• High expertise in test creation, test automation and test execution; ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level is an advantage, as is experience with Cypress, Playwright, UFT and Ready-API
• Experience in application design and application development methods, and involvement in the agile delivery of complex IT projects using scaled Scrum frameworks
• Convincing written and spoken communication in German (at least C1); good English skills
• Enjoyment of analytics, abstraction, design and teamwork communication
