3 qualifications in 3 years: With our high school graduate program, you combine the apprenticeship 'Retail Merchant' with the further training 'Certified Retail Specialist IHK' and additionally obtain the 'AdA Certificate' according to AEVO – your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager in the future. During practical phases in the store, you learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure a successful shopping experience with quality, freshness, and cleanliness. Whether stocking and presenting merchandise, scheduling, or working the checkout: You pitch in with full commitment. We also prepare you for staff leadership so you can soon take on your first shift. For further skill development, you attend various trainings and seminars – and also obtain the IHK trainer certificate. Theory phases take place in block instruction at an external education center (any travel/accommodation costs are covered by Lidl).

High school diploma (Abitur) or technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) (completed theoretical and practical parts).
